Shipping charges must be either quoted by us or from the FedEx or DHL web sites
with the information Provided on the shipping page. You may also
provide your FedEx or Airborne account number and we can use
that to ship against. Please make sure you put your email address is in
there for correspondence. If you don not have an email address, cannot use
this form. Phone numbers are also required for shipping.
